For almost 40 years our plant has been federally inspected. This
means that each and every day that we select and hand cut our products,
a highly trained federal inspector is on hand to ensure quality
and rigorous adherence to HACCP Food Safety Standards. For decades,

Our Federally inspected plant is located in Missoula,
Montana, the hub of five valleys. Our beef is wet aged for 21 days
to ensure "exquisite" taste and tenderness. Each steak
is carefully trimmed and portioned by hand and then they are individually
vaccuum packed to preserve quality. Once thawed, our steaks have
a shelf life in their vaccuum pack of two weeks...but why would
you want to wait that long to enjoy them ? Your order is carefully
packed and shipped with dry ice in a sturdy, styrofoam box via Fedex.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction, we guarantee it. In order to receive
the best quality from your steaks, they should be thawed in your
refrigerator, or under cool, running water. Our steak and prime
rib products are also available fresh, this requires priority overnight
shipping only, to ensure you will receive your products in peak
