Natural Beef Center Cut Top Sirloin Steaks (10) 8 oz.

Natural Beef Porterhouse Steaks (5) 16 oz.

Pork Prime Rib Stuffed 4-5 lb.

Old Fashioned Tomato Soup 2 (1/2 gal.)

Ranch-Style Barbecue Steak Recipe

Serves 8

4 Certified Angus Beef ® top blade steaks, 4-5 ounce portions

Barbecue Sauce

2 cups flat beer
2 cups barbecue sauce, hickory flavor
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder

Preparation:

Combine barbecue sauce ingredients. Place steaks in shallow dish; pour half of sauce over steaks. Refrigerate and marinate for 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate reserved portion of sauce.

Broil steaks for 5-6 minutes for medium rare, or to the desired degree of doneness. Brush steaks frequently with reserved sauce while grilling.
