Easy Pasta With Vegetables And Parmesan Cheese Recipe
Serve hot or cold, as a main dish or a side dish.
Select a medley of peppers, red, green and yellow, chop into 1/2 inch pieces.
Use a like amount of broccoli, and some minced onion.
Sautee all ingredients with a small amount of olive oil, add garlic to taste.
start a pot of water to boil while you are doing the chopping and cook your
preferred pasta noodles, spaghetti or linguini (which are our favorites.)
If you wish to serve this colorful and tasty dish hot, simply add:
olive oil to the noodles, mix in the vegetables, and top with parmesan cheese.
Another way is to chill the vegetables and pasta and toss them the next day.
It's delicious either way.
