Jicima Barbecue Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 pounds (905 g) fully-cooked Certified Angus Beef ® barbecue beef
* 1/2 cup (125 ml) seeded and minced jalapenos
* 1 each jicama
* 1 cup (250 ml) chopped canned Tomatillos
* 1/2 cup (125 ml) sweet pickle relish

Instructions

1. Heat barbecue beef with jalapenos.
2. Peel jicama and using a commercial slicer, slice into very thin rounds.
3. Combine Tomatillos and pickle relish.

Serve 5 jicama slices with 5 ounces (142 g) barbecue beef and 1 ounce (28 g) relish
