Pork Prime Rib Stuffed 4-5 lb.

Old Fashioned Tomato Soup 2 (1/2 gal.)

Hobo Burgers Recipe

2- LB burger Divide into 4-8 oz portions
Add to each portion
1/4 onion
1 carrot
1 potato cut into slices
Add salt, pepper or other steak rubs
Wrap each portion into foil. (Use a little cooking spray on inside of foil.) Make sure they are sealed.

Cook over a campfire, or barbie. They do cook very quickly if you have a good hot fire.
Add different seasonings and ingredients to give variation. You can also make these ahead of time before you head off to hunting camp.
